HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

Please use the size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring against a garment you already own to check sizing. If you have more detailed queries, you can contact us.

WHAT IF MY GARMENTS NEED ALTERATION?

We offer a full alteration service through our Parnell showroom. Alternatively, we can suggest an alteration tailor in your local area. Please note that trousers are shipped unhemmed and will need to be hemmed to length. If you know your inleg, you can contact us and we can hem your trousers before dispatch

WHERE ARE DADELSZEN PRODUCTS MADE?

Dadelszen leather pieces are produced in Paris, France. All other pieces are produced in Italy.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship within New Zealand by CourierPost. We ship internationally by DHL. Shipping is free of charge but returns and exchanges are at the purchaser’s expense.

WHEN WILL MY GOODS ARRIVE?

We endeavour to ship by next business day. New Zealand deliveries typically deliver overnight, international deliveries typically take 3-5 business days. Dadelszen is not responsible for the length of time it takes to deliver once the goods have been handed to a freight partner.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any goods purchased at Dadelszen.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.

Dadelszen sources all raw materials and fabrics from the world’s most prestigious and highly vetted mills and suppliers. Dadelszen supports local industry through the use of small-batch production and family owned workrooms. All workers are paid a living wage.
